All content created by ToBoost remains our intellectual property until full payment is completed. After payment, usage rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed terms. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

ToBoost is not responsible for platform algorithm changes, account restrictions, or results beyond our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, in accordance with the agreed contract terms.
